The ledger
Reading a receipt
Read the task identity, observed status, usage and costs, then check the payment reference separately.
Public ledger fields
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Time | The task or status timestamp, in UTC. |
| Job | The job identifier or explicit demo job label. |
| Usage | The task usage reported by the provider, or labeled sample usage. |
| Cost | A labeled quote estimate or actual paid total, with task cost and platform fee separate. |
| Status | The actual provider state, or explicit demo state. |
| Transaction | A real verified payment signature, or none. |
Follow one job
Use the stable job ID to join the quote, provider submission, status updates, result and receipt. Check that service and input hash match the request you approved. Timestamps should preserve the order of these events.
Read the amounts
The task-cost portion belongs to the supplier settlement record. The platform service fee is a separate line. Customer spend is their total. Do not read supplier revenue as money earned by a buyer.
Recognize example records
The homepage ledger cycles three complete preset jobs: Extract, Inspect and Summarize. Open a row to view its input, output, estimated cost and replay. Repeated rows refer to the same three sample Job IDs; they do not represent new executions. These samples are separate from your saved workspace history and counters.
Demo records have payment: null and provider: Local demo fixture. Their quote is an estimate and actual payment is 0 USDC. A preset result is prepared content; a Custom demo preview does not claim to answer arbitrary text.
