Budget control
A budget is the maximum amount the buyer is willing to pay for a task. The quote must fit inside it and specify an expiry. Any price change requires a fresh quote and a fresh approval.
Solana network fees are separate from the quoted USDC service total. A live payment screen must show who pays those network fees. This preview does not estimate or debit them.
Buyer spend and supplier income
Customer spend is the full amount actually paid for a task. Supplier income is the task-cost portion payable to the configured supplier. A quote estimates these amounts but does not record a payment. The platform fee is neither a customer return nor supplier revenue.
Until settlement records exist, no supplier earnings or customer payment history is claimed. Demo customer payments and supplier income are both 0 USDC; quoted estimates remain labeled separately.
Failures and refunds
A live integration must define quote expiry, cancellation, supplier failure and refund rules before payments are enabled. A failed job does not imply that the on-chain payment reversed itself. Refunds need their own recorded outcome and transaction.
